Juices and shots are optimal alternatives to taking prescription medicine. The following juices are good for cleansing the arteries. Drink these juices in the morning on an empty stomach, you can also drink them again at night before bed.
Garlic & Lemon Tea
3 weeks - 1 time a day
Ingredients
• Garlic (3 bulbs)
• Lemon peel (6 lemons)
• Alkaline water (1 gallon)
• Add a little honey or agave for a sweetener
Instructions
Peel garlic and place in a blender, peel lemons and place the skins in a
blender. Add a little bit of sweetener and a cup of water to blender. Blend
ingredients together. Pour a gallon of water into a pot and put the pot on simmer (medium low heat, do not let boil). Pour blended ingredients into the pot of water and let simmer for about 7 to 10 mins. Drink in the mornings on an empty stomach for 3 weeks.
Other Cleansing Drinks
These drinks can be taken daily. Once in the morning on an empty stomach an again before bed. Concentrated drinks should be avoided at all cause.
