Sentient Fitness | Fit for the Soul
Sentient Fitness is a practice based on the philosophy of exercising mans/ woman’s 3 bodies, the physical, emotional and mental body.
Sentient Fitness is a practice based on the philosophy of exercising A HUMAN’S 3 bodies, the physical, emotional and mental body. The same principles are applied to all 3 bodies in the practice of sentient fitness. Each body has its own field of activity WITHIN daily life. For example:
Physical body:
The physical form
Solid objects that can be seen and felt
Material life
Emotional Body:
Feelings of oneself and for others
Vibrations that stimulate particular sensations
Mental Body:
Thoughts
Mind
Beliefs
The principles applied to the first example “physical form” would be applied to the PHYSICAL BODY AND TO the other two bodies as well. So if patience was a main principle in our physical workout, we would then apply this principal to OUR FEELINGS FOR OURSELF and for others, as well as TO OUR thoughts. By carrying out these principles in action, we will be exercising our emotional and mental state in a positive way. The average person carries out their thoughts and emotions arbitrarily instead of with control and creativity.
By BUILDING a healthy physical body and developing a healthy emotional and mental body as well, a person will heighten the development of their being. In any sense a heightened state of being is a form of enlightenment.
