The act of elevating consciousness, deeping awareness or raising ones vibration and so forth all revolves around the base principal of healing. Healing is returning, returning back to ourselves, our essential fundimental nature, ultimatly becoming "whole" once again.

This breathing exercise is science backed incorporating movements from practices such QiGong and Tia Chi. These breathing practice is a form of natural treatment for stress, trauma, aging, mental & physical challenges. These breathing practices can help make our body and mind happy and healthy.

These meditations will deepen your awareness in your body while also helping you establish a stronger mind body connection. This will aid you in relaxing the deeper areas of your body and releasing restraint & energy that may be causing tension & blockage.
Instruction: Start off by finding a comfortable place to sit or lay down. Sitting in lotus position (straight up with legs crossed) is recommended in order to activate the energy in your body to flow from the base of your spine to your crown. However if you are more comfortable laying down, please do so. You may also sit in a chair with your feet flat on the ground and your hands on your lap as well.

Instruction: You may begin with bringing your awareness to your breath. Next begin to let go of the limbs of your body starting with your head down to your feet. Now simply enjoy the natural sounds mixed with the audio generated music. These sounds can be used during meditation, sleep and relaxation.
