Tribe Training is about full body appreciation. We take care of our mind by building a routine to stay sharp and clear. We take care of our body through food and movement to keep the body active and flexible. We appreciate and heal our soul through meditation and reflection.

Meet Alexxis: As a Certified Personal Trainer, my goal is to help people tune into their bodies and build strength through education, fitness, and food.  
Growing up an athlete, fitness has always been a passion of mine.. After years of believing I was taking care of my body, it was a ruptured achilles tendon that changed everything. The journey back to health helped me realize its more than just the physical needs to be healed.  

Private session availability: Monday 4 - 8pm, Friday 2 - 9pm, Saturday 10am - 4 pm, Sunday 10 - 3pm
