Sentient Wellness was created by a group of young individuals looking to expand their experience of life and to make a difference by improving the health conditions in their communities. They practice Sentiency - bringing one’s life into harmony - and guide others in doing the same. Sentient Wellness was founded on the principles of Goodwill, Love and intelligent activity.

SENTIENT WELLNESS

Sentient wellness is about our human
“be-ing” as opposed to the human “do-ing” that takes up so much of our lives.  It focuses on emotional and spiritual health supporting clients in stress-reduction and developing self-awareness. The sentient wellness program is a full on training path focusing on the three bodies (the physical, emotional and mental) and elevating our overall level of health and wellbeing. In this training we integrate all the pillars and begin reclaiming our bodies, our minds, our freedom and our happiness.

SENTIENT FOOD

Sentient Food are foods that are dominated by natures sentient principals and are good for the body and the mind. These foods include most fruits and vegetables, grains, legumes (beans). With this program we help individuals source healthier alternatives to every day foods. Personal cook, online meal guide and reference.

SENTIENT fitness

Sentient Fitness is the practice of becoming fit and healthy in the physical body, the emotional body and the mental body. Sentient Fitness is termed as "Fitness for the Soul", this is because the same principals we apply to our work outs and exercises we also apply to areas of daily life. Our fitness methodology is a compilation of body weight training, calisthenics, yoga and some park core.
